SERVICES

The advocates are administrators and retired faculty who serve as IU experts on the student’s behalf.  We can:

  • Explain university policies and procedures
  • Advise you about your options
  • Serve as a liaison to connect you with officials on campus who will address your issues
  • Make inquiries on the your behalf
  • Accompany you to meetings or hearings related to the problem
  • Follow up to be sure that your problem has been resolved
  • Resolve conflicts (this would be a link to more detailed information – see below)
  • Assist you in withdrawing from all classes (this would be a link to more detailed information – see below)
  • Help you understand your rights and responsibilities if you are charged with personal or academic misconduct. >MORE
